Manufacturing Process
1. Product Design & Development
The PCB support is developed according to the PCB dimensions, board thickness, mounting-hole locations, component height, required clearance, enclosure geometry, and fixing arrangement. Connector locations, cable routing, and assembly sequence are also considered during development.
2. Plastic Mould Design
The injection mould is designed according to the support geometry, standoffs, locating pins, mounting bosses, screw posts, clips, snap-fits, slots, ribs, and other functional features. Gate location, parting line, cooling channels, venting, and ejection arrangements are considered for consistent moulding.
3. Mould Manufacturing
The mould can be manufactured using suitable mould steel such as P20 Steel, H13 Steel, or S136 Steel, depending on production quantity, selected plastic grade, dimensional requirements, surface-finish requirements, and expected mould life. Precision machining, EDM where required, fitting, polishing, and mould assembly are carried out according to the approved design.
4. Injection Moulding

5. Finishing & Assembly Preparation
